  • Switching employers, occupation, or if you retired
  • Putting an addition on a home or having a renovation/upgrade done
  • Getting an alarm system installed
  • One of your children, who is on your auto policy, is 100+ miles away at school without a vehicle
  • Running a business out of your home
  • Hiring a home health aid, housekeeper, or any other type of residential employee
  • Your mortgage has been sold or paid off, in the event of a claim or cases, where the mortgage company pays the premium
  • You no longer have a loan or lease on your vehicle
  • The occupancy of your home changes
  • Ownership of your home changes to a trust or becomes co-owned
